Named from the Greek for “of the woods” (pronounced “zy-lee-ah”), and she lives up to it — saltbox roofline, a dormer over the front door that draws your eyes skyward, and five windows standard. At 192 to 560 square feet she’s got range: tiny home, guest house, granny pod, backyard studio, or a seriously luxurious playhouse. Going off-grid? Add the woodstove, composting toilet, and solar package and the Xylia will take care of you just fine on her own.

Sizes: 192 to 560 sq ft; Complete Shell, Three Season, and Four Season pre-cut kits

Best for: Tiny home, granny pod, off-grid cabin, backyard studio, she-shed, upscale playhouse
