The future of housing has arrived at Home and Haven.

Boxabl builds folding modular homes — real houses that ship on a truck and unfold in about an hour. The flagship Casita is a 361-square-foot studio with 9½-foot ceilings, a full kitchen and a full bath, built from steel, concrete, and foam panels instead of wood framing, and engineered to stand up to fire, mold, pests, and hurricane-force winds.

Here’s the part that matters: the Casita is classified as modular housing built to residential building code — not a trailer, not a manufactured home — so it sidesteps the zoning fights that tiny houses on wheels run into. And with Boxabl’s turnkey option, they pull the permits for you.

Three models: the Casita Studio (361 sq ft, starting at $60,000), the Casita One Bedroom (722 sq ft, starting at $100,000), and the Casita Two Bedroom (722 sq ft, starting at $110,000). Turnkey packages — permits, foundation, utilities, and installation handled — run $150,000 to $200,000.

Fun fact: Elon Musk reportedly keeps a Boxabl Casita at his Starbase site in Texas. And yes — it’s spelled BOXABL, no E.

Boxabl is a Las Vegas company, public on Nasdaq (BXBL), with 800-plus homes claimed built. It’s still early days — exciting and real, not an established giant yet.
