This one’s a big, beautiful timber frame — 24 by 30 with a full second floor, dormers front and back, and an 8-foot wraparound porch that just dares you to sit down and stay awhile. Open floor plan, windows on every side, and you can set it on a concrete pad or go full foundation with a basement for extra storage. It’s called the Hideaway, but honestly, you’ll want to show it off.

Sizes: 24’x30′ with full second floor; 4-Season, 3-Season, Shell, or Frame-Only kits

Best for: Vacation home, beach house, Airbnb, homestead
