Because of this, Koolookin™ does not directly process payments, ship products, or handle returns. Each seller has its own refund, exchange, and return policies.
What this means for you:
If you experience any issue with your order (delays, defects, sizing issues, etc.), you will need to follow the return/refund process of the seller from whom the product was purchased.
