Koolookin™ Full-Scope Trademark Use and Intent Declaration

As of September 18, 2024, I, Shianne R. Kahleel (also known as Lady Cavalon), began using the trademark Koolookin™ as the official brand name for my original creative work, online presence, and commercial activity. Koolookin™ is a uniquely stylized, phonetically distinctive term representing the phrase “cool looking.”

I first began development and public display of the Koolookin™ brand, including use of its name and visual identity, in September 2024, as evidenced by dated digital materials and social media activity.

This trademark is actively used in connection with lifestyle content, digital storytelling, product promotion, affiliate marketing, and branded materials published through my website at Koolookin.com and associated social media accounts.

On August 1, 2025, a formal trademark application for Koolookin™ was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The application is now pending examination. This filing formalizes my claim to exclusive rights in the Koolookin™ name and underscores my commitment to developing and protecting the brand across all relevant categories of commerce.

I hereby claim exclusive rights to the Koolookin™ name and its use in all commercial, creative, digital, physical, service-based, and retail applications, including but not limited to:

  • Content creation

  • E-commerce and affiliate marketing

  • Physical and digital merchandise

  • Entertainment or promotional services

  • Mobile or web-based platforms

  • Lifestyle, travel, food, home goods, pets, and apparel

  • Any and all future brand extensions or business ventures

The Koolookin™ name is original, first used in commerce by me, and intended for broad and ongoing brand development across diverse industries. No other party is authorized to use the name Koolookin™, in whole or in part, in any way that may cause confusion, dilute brand identity, or suggest affiliation.

I reserve the right to expand the Koolookin™ brand into any category or market now or in the future and assert my ongoing claim to this trademark as its sole originator and owner.
